Free swing trade set-ups for the week:
Swing Trading | AAPL and GS | 60-Minute Chart Long
As according to this week’s stock market update, if stocks bounce or become range-bound this week, the rubber band swing trade for AAPL might be a good way to make profits. GS is another way to play this move but in the financial sector instead of technology.

Swing Trading | IBM, MHS | Preparing for a sell-off
If a sell-off is coming this week, consider capitalizing on this by shorting the rubber band swing trading strategy to the weekly chart of IBM and/or the daily chart of MHS.
If stock prices plummet, these short sale trade set-ups should catch their share of profits.

Swing Trading Signals and Set-ups | AAPL, BA, IBM, MMM
Powerful swing trading strategy for traders who wish to always trade with the trend and enjoy a high percent win. Losing swing traders can start here to change results and find consistent profits in today’s tough markets.
Warning – stocks are risky investments. Consult with a professional advisor and learn about the risks of trading before making a decision involving stocks and other markets.
This week’s broader stock market action makes for tough choices for traders, as price has been mostly range-bound. We will therefore focus on shorter term swing trading set-ups and attempt to capture swing trading profits as price moves back and forth in the larger range. I always prefer to swing trade in longer time frames as they make considerably more consistent profits and have much lower transaction cost impact on a trading account. I was able to find one rubber band swing trade in the weekly chart time frame (MMM)

Swing Trading Signals on the 60-Mintue Charts | AAPL, BA, IBM
The short sellers have really been going after AAPL it seems, and it appears as if AAPL has not been going up with the broader stock market. If a short squeeze develops, there may be swing trading profit opportunity for rubber band swing traders. Watch this one closely and be ready to trade to the long side. BA and IBM hit their upper extremes last week and may present a good place to go short this week according to the rubber band swing trading strategy on the 60-minute chart. Keep them in your watchlist and only take entry when the time is right.
As with all 60-minute chart rubber band swing trades do not place overnight entry stop orders. Price may gap too far past the entry place and leave you with a terrible entry. This is not acceptable. Pass on rubber band swing trades in which you can’t get an execution close to the desired entry price. Passing on trades and not chasing is part of what it takes to be a successful swing trader in the long term.
Rubber Band Swing Trading Signal | MMM Weekly Chart Long
MMM has turned green after weeks of selling off and moving sideways. Swing trading in this term is less demanding and makes it easier to profit in many ways. Also consider selling out of the money covered calls with such a trade. Leave plenty of room for price to hit its target and just pocket a few extra dollars to pay for transaction costs etc. Click the weekly chart of MMM to enlarge.
Swing Trading | AAPL, JPM, DIS, CSCO
There are two new rubber band swing trade signals along with two old ones that are still valid. Please learn the risks of stock trading prior to investing and do your own research. Swing trading signals are for entertainment purposes only. The authors of this site may be trading these trades and may be long or short these stocks at any time.
AAPL | 60-Minute Chart Long
When will AAPL pop again? Who knows, but when it does launch use the 60-minute chart along with the >>>Â rubber band swing trading strategy <<<< (opens in a new window) as it might be a great way to profit from the move. As always with shorter-term charts and trades, do not get caught in morning gap situations – simply pass on the trade if entry does not come at the desired location.
JPM | Weekly Chart Long
This swing trading signal is still valid, we think. Any of the big bank/financial stocks will do, GS, etc. At some point the banks could recover in this time frame and this is the way to be there if it happens. See the previous swing trade signal post.
DIS | Weekly Long
The same goes for DIS, which seems to follow the broad stock market fairly close. Take advantage of this swing opportunity through DIS. See the previous swing trading post -we think the trade is still quite valid.
CSCO | Monthly Chart “Right Now”
This could have been spotted earlier, as price is sitting right on its entry. The rubber band swing trading strategy could end up capturing a large chunk of what might be a major rally in CSCO. The swing trading signal calls for going long right here at its current price. Don’t chase.
Swing Trading Signal | Short AAPL | Rubber Band Strategy
We are looking to get short AAPL according to the Rubber Band Swing Trading Strategy. The daily chart of AAPL shows the short swing trading set-up. Please be aware of the risks of swing trading before investing real money in stock trades.
We are putting in a stop market order to sell short AAPL at $393.70. If AAPL opens significantly lower on Friday Morning then we will abandon this swing trade. The profit target (buy to cover) for AAPL is $382.80 and the stop loss will be placed at $404.55.

Swing Trading Signal | Short AMZN | Rubber Band Strategy
AMZN perhaps makes a slightly weaker alternative to swing trade to the short side. The daily chart of AMZN shows a very similar swing trading signal as compared to AAPL.
Having already shorted AAPL today successfully as per a different day trading strategy, now according to the momentum news events day trading strategy guide, I’m looking to get short AAPL intra-day if it breaks support. I might abort the trade or move entry targets, etc, as price develops.
Note that I’m not particularly bearish on the market even though this is my second sell short post today. It’s just the way the set-ups are coming in. I’m long GS in a rubber band swing trade on the daily chart. I’m also long some SPY per another trending strategy that I use. I’m also long BA and T.
My trades are not to be followed. Entertainment is all you get here.
